4. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for all account activities and must change their passwords every six months. Accounts created for illegal purposes or used for attempts to overload the system may be suspended or deleted.

The services are available only to adults. Customers under the age of 18 require parental supervision for purchases.

7. Limitation of Liability

The company assumes full liability for intent and gross negligence. In cases of simple negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages associated with essential contractual obligations.

9. Delivery

For services:

14-day right of withdrawal from the date of conclusion of the contract. Partial refunds apply if services have commenced during the withdrawal period.

For digital content:

14-day right of withdrawal, with a full refund minus any services already rendered.

12. Severability Clause

13. Scope of Application

These terms apply only to direct transactions via the homepage. Third-party offers are subject to their own terms and conditions.

14. Payment

Credit cards and PayPal are accepted. Goods remain the property of Laxiba until full payment has been received.

15. Conclusion of Contract

Adding items to the shopping cart constitutes an offer to purchase. A second email containing the contract confirmation establishes the binding contract. Cancellation prior to confirmation is free of charge for goods only.

16. Usage Rights

Users are granted personal, non-commercial, non-transferable licenses. Resale and commercial use require written permission. Tool or software replication is prohibited. Food data may not be transferred between products without authorization.

17. Customs

Customers outside the EU shall bear any incurred customs fees.
